Reservations are not required but are recommended. In fact, many people pop in for drinks and appetizers. The room definately fills up fast,so if you are planning a big night out, call ahead and let us hook it up. I think people got the idea that Trilogy Bistro is for dining only. It is not uncommon for people to come and eat tapas style at the large 20-seat bar. Check out the menu page to get a feel for the menu.
